Block Booking (10 session)

Looking for long term training for weight loss, weight management, body sculpting or muscle gains then block bookings will save you money and keep you motivated.

All include nutitional analysis and all sessions last a minimum of 1 hour.

Adam Stowell's Cellulite Blast System

Cellulite is a build up of fatty deposits around the body.

Forget the fad diets and the creams, exercise is the best way to firm up, tighten up and sculpt those problem areas.

Adam Stowell's Cellulite Blast system will sculpt your abs, thigh, bottom, back, legs and arms in a way you have never experienced before.

This sytem combines training, nutrition and massage to blast cellulite.

It involves two sessions of 45 minutes per week with trainer Adam Stowell and one solo session per week which Adam will write for you.

This is designed to be followed for at least 8 weeks.

8 week package £620 or £80 per week

Adam Stowell's Fat Blast System

Blast fat, increase your strength and increase lean sculpted muscle.

Adam Stowell's Fat Blast System is an intense package that includes training and nutrition for fast, effective fat loss.

Fad diets and pills go out the window as Adam introduces healthy nutrition coaching and advanced training techniques to blast fat.

It involves 3 sessions of 75 minutes per week and solo sessions which Adam will write for you.

This is designed to be followed for a minimum of 8 weeks.

8 week package £1020 or £140 per week
